Paris Day 1

Today we wandered and tried to take in a few sights. It was not sunny but no rain.

Tomorrow there is a 10 km run through central Paris....the same as the one we saw in Prague.

Both Ron and I have been feeling off today. We laughed that maybe our bodies were having a hard time with the fresh vegetables from last night.

I had a cup of tea for dinner but as you can see Ron got his appetite back ... his dinner ... European wieners, potato chips and wine :)

Once a year, which just happened to be tonight, they have Nuit Blanche in Paris....described as The Night When Culture and Art Reign Until Dawn.

There are temporary art exhibits and all the museums, city hall, churches etc are free and open all night!! 

We wandered and saw some sights but it was pretty crowded. The brochure with explanations of what the exhibits were and where they were, was in French...go figure.  What we saw was great but we finally gave up and came home. Back to the tea for me...
