Vienna day 3

This morning was an exercise in patience. We went to 3 information places, all in different parts of the city, to try and book a boat tour for tomorrow. After about 3 hrs of wandering and asking questions we finally ended up back in the center of The Ring Road and actually got some information :) 

Vienna is very very frustrating to get around even walking... I couldn't imagine driving a car. The streets radiate from the Ring Road that originated where the old fortress was built.

Ron got really good at navigating us through the subways, which are efficient and organized but as soon as we hit the street level we were like "oh boy" ... Lol

Having said that we decided to stay another day and go on an 8 hr tour tomorrow with little walking. Ron purchased a pair of New Balance specifically for this trip before we left and they broke down in 2 weeks. So off to shop in Vienna for new runners and then the inevitable blister under the callous ...Ouch !!
