Our impressions of Brussels....
It is equally quaint and charming and grandly opulent
People speak predominantly French
Lots of people wear strong cologne or perfume ...lol
There are lots of smokers
We only saw 2 bikes.. may be the rough cobblestone streets
Many locals appear to be ultra rich judging from their attire and the shops
Virtually no signs or information in English
We really liked the city and it is definitely worth a visit if you've never been :)
